- One of my favorite ways to use tofu!

- 10 oz. chocolate chips or carob chips
- 2 10.5 oz. packages of firm tofu
- 3 Tblsps. honey

- Heat chips in a double boiler or pan sitting in water until smooth.
- Add honey. In blender or food processor blend tofu until smooth. Add
- the chocolate/honey mixture to the tofu and whip until creamy. (Will
- look like chocolate pudding.) Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
- Chill. Enjoy!

- Quick Graham Cracker Crust

- 1 C. finely crushed graham crackers
- 3 Tblsps. warmed honey
- 3 Tblsps. melted butter
- 1/2 C. finely chopped walnuts

- Mix ingredients and press into a 9" pie pan. No baking
- required.
